I hired Diana for assistance with stress reduction in the workplace. She’s very knowledgeable and her breathing exercises worked very well. I could readily see Diana assisting people with anxiety and depression disorders; as an alternative therapy to medication; being mindful of one’s breathing.

I very much enjoyed participating in several breathing workshops with Diana. Through many diverse exercises Diana shared a lot of practical knowledge and skills on how to activate diaphragm.
